Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the session date. Sessions are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Payment options will be provided at the time of booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling within 60 days, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will result in a loss of the deposit. Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the session without penalty. Weather Policy: For outdoor sessions, if the weather is unsuitable, we will reschedule at no additional charge. Indoor sessions will proceed as scheduled unless there are exceptional circumstances. No-Shows: If you fail to attend the session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be forfeited. A new session will need to be booked at full price. Arrival Time: Please arrive on time. Sessions are scheduled back-to-back, and arriving late may result in a shorter session to accommodate other bookings. Session Duration: Sessions will last the agreed amount of time (e.g., 30 minutes, 1 hour). Time extensions are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees. Image Delivery: Edited digital images will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after the session, unless otherwise stated. Images will be delivered via a private online gallery for download. Usage Rights: Clients are granted personal usage rights for their images. Any commercial use requires written permission. The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon. Session Location: Travel within a certain radius (e.g., 20 km) of the studio/location is included. Any additional travel costs will be discussed prior to booking. Special Requests: Specific editing requests or extra services (e.g., prints, additional retouching) must be arranged ahead of time and may incur extra fees.
